1. Who we are and scope
Heard Services LLC, a California limited liability company, operates this website under the Consistent Calls brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide website design, search visibility and SEO, lead follow-up, and related marketing services for kitchen and bathroom remodeling contractors.
This policy describes information handled through consistentcalls.com, its client intake form, and related business communications. It does not replace a separate agreement governing information we process on behalf of a client or the privacy notices of websites operated by our clients.
For privacy questions or requests, email jason@consistentcalls.com.
2. Information we collect
- Contact and business information you provide: your name, email address, business name, business email and phone number, domain, hours, services, and service area.
- Project and onboarding information: booking software, brand preferences, design references, testimonials or project examples, target customers, sales processes, business challenges, and project goals.
- Uploaded content: optional images and associated filenames submitted through the intake form. Images may contain personal information or embedded metadata.
- Communications and service records: information you send by email or provide in connection with an agreed project, along with records needed to administer that relationship.
- Technical and usage information: hosting and analytics services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, identifiers, request timestamps, pages visited, referral sources, and interaction events. Analytics may infer approximate location from technical information.
Only name and email are required by the current intake form. Other answers and images are optional. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, sensitive personal information, or information about other people that you are not authorized to share. Provide account access through appropriate invitations rather than sending credentials.
The website does not currently provide self-service account registration or a payment-card checkout. Payment arrangements for professional services are handled separately under the applicable agreement.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, evaluate project needs, onboard clients, provide agreed services, communicate about a business relationship, maintain records, improve the website, measure website usage, prevent spam and abuse, troubleshoot issues, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Submitting an intake form does not, by itself, enroll you in a newsletter or authorize marketing texts. If optional promotional communications are offered, you can request that they stop. Necessary project, administrative, or legal communications may still be sent.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We may share personal information with service providers that help us operate our website, communicate with you, manage inquiries and client relationships, deliver our services, measure website performance, and maintain security.
These providers may include website hosting and infrastructure providers, email and communication services, customer relationship management systems, analytics providers, and other technology providers supporting these purposes. Depending on their role, they may process contact information, submitted answers and files, communications, or technical and usage information.
Information you submit may be transmitted or retained through the systems we and our service providers use. Clearing or resetting a website form does not delete information already submitted.
We may change service providers as our business and technology needs evolve. Any changes to our information practices remain subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may also disclose information:
- To comply with legal obligations or lawful requests.
- To protect the rights, safety, or security of our business, clients, or others.
- To professional advisers who need the information to advise us.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable safeguards.
- At your direction or with your consent.
5. Analytics, cookies, and choices
Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to recognize browsers and measure visits and interactions. The Google tag currently loads on website pages; this website does not presently offer an on-site cookie-preferences panel or implement Global Privacy Control signal handling in its application code.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings and use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. Browser restrictions can affect website features, and deleting cookies does not necessarily erase information previously collected. Contact us about additional privacy choices.
The intake endpoint is used to deliver your information to our team, not to sell your submitted answers or images. Analytics disclosures can be subject to separate rules, including definitions of “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising that vary by law and provider settings. Any applicable opt-out request can be directed to our privacy contact. This draft must be reviewed against the actual analytics configuration and applicable consent or opt-out requirements; a privacy notice alone does not implement those controls.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, considering the type of information, the business relationship, legal and accounting requirements, dispute resolution, and appropriate deletion requests. Provider logs, email copies, and backups may have separate retention cycles. We have not specified a universal retention period for every category of information.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle, including HTTPS for website requests. No website, email system, or transmission method is completely secure. Please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information and contact us if you believe information has been exposed.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies to our business, you may have rights to request access to or a copy of personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or opt out of covered sales, sharing, or targeted advertising. California law may also provide rights concerning certain uses of sensitive personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Send requests to jason@consistentcalls.com, describing the request and your relationship with us. We may need limited information to verify identity or an authorized agent’s authority. Do not send sensitive identification documents unless we request them through an appropriate channel.
We will assess requests under applicable law, including required response periods and any lawful exceptions. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or the establishment or defense of claims. Where available, you may also appeal a decision or contact the appropriate privacy regulator.
8. Data handled for clients
When we handle a contractor’s contact or lead information on that contractor’s behalf, the contractor determines the purposes of that processing under the applicable agreement. Requests about a contractor’s customer or lead records may need to be directed to that contractor. We will assist as appropriate under our agreement and applicable law.
A contractor’s marketing campaigns, websites, or third-party tools may require their own privacy notices and valid communication permissions. This policy does not automatically cover or authorize those activities.
9. International processing
Our business is based in California. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate, and privacy laws may differ between locations. Contact us for questions about processing locations or safeguards required for a particular relationship. This policy does not represent that a specific international-transfer mechanism has been implemented for every possible visitor jurisdiction.
10. Children’s information
This website and our professional services are intended for adult business users and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate or required.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice of material changes where required. New purposes that require consent will not be authorized merely by changing this notice.
Privacy requests and questions can be sent to Heard Services LLC at jason@consistentcalls.com. See our Terms of Service for website and service terms.
